Just a friendly reminder to please update your systems. This fix (released on 11/11/2015) will take care of some of the issues we have seen on this site. Thanks,

Dave

Can you tell me what the bug fixes were. Does it fix the syncing issue with DLNA.

Re: New LG Music Flow Wireless Audio update is now available.

Edited after seeing the below from Dave in another thread:

· Network Stability- This is the major issue that we have seen reported. We have addressed an issue that caused the speakers to “disappear” and not appear until the power is cycled on them. Now the speakers should stay always present within the application.

· Installation- In the past it wasn’t obvious that the speaker was added after running the installation process. We addressed that so the speaker will now be shown right after the process has been completed

· Sound Bar- With selected applications like iHeartRadio and Rhapsody we were finding that the IR Remote Play/Pause/Track Forward and Backward were not working properly so we fixed that.

· Playback Time- We noticed that the Rhapsody initialization time was too long and we reduced that time.

I hope this helps ,

Can you tell me what version my H7 and H5 should now have? The app says they are up to date, but I am still losing speakers at times.

its not a fix. since the update i have not been able to connect any wireless speaker anymore. with great effort and 17 attempt, one of them did but for how long i cannot be sure. please re-issue the prior firmware, it was terrible but less worse than the current one

Re: New LG Music Flow Wireless Audio update is now available.

Bram,

I had an issue with one of the speaker, I guess due the mesh network. I tried to configure with Android App and didn't work, the only way to get the speaker working it was with my iphone (I am android guy, I only have iphone because is a company one, otherwise I might not be able to connect my speaker again to the network). Hope you can try from an apple device and see it works. You can try also from a PC instance, I had seen that is more stable when adding speakers.

From the announcement it is not clear whether this is an update for the Music Flow app on our phones or firmware for all LG Music Flow speakers. Can someone please do a better job at making more detailed announcements?

I have an LAS751m soundbar set which does not have any firmware update.

After one week of stability, again a h3 is now lost. This product is really far from what was advertised. Really disappointed.

Re: New LG Music Flow Wireless Audio update is now available.

I finally got today my R1 bridge, hoping to solve the issue with my network (setup with vlans). I plug it on my ethernet switch with the same vlan with my PC (I used the port that is closer to power plug). Windows application found it at once.
Now as I have the bridge setup, I tried to connect the H5 speakers throught wifi with R1. First I had a reset on speakers (pressing the + button till 2 blinks heared), and I put H5 on the wifi search mode and tried to connected with windows wizard. NOT FOUND!
I reset again speakers and put it on wifi search mode and search it with my phone mobile. FOUND and paired. Next step was to give another try to search it from windows app (using the R1).NOT FOUND.

I NEED TO SEND MUSIC FROM MY PC AND ALSO TO BE USED BY FAMILY MOBILE DEVICES CONNECTED TO HOME WIFI.

ANY OTHER SUGGEST PLEASE?
WHAT I DO WRONG?
I love the idea but it is getting a huge black hole that takes valuable time (time is more important these days for me, than money).
